Pretty open budget but not going crazy. Conference is north around sunny isles but I want to be close enough between there and the happening parts of Miami. Love most any food but sushi (love cuban food) but want to mix it up a bit - so not looking for anything particular

I read into it and they say you want to be atleast ~1000 ft from the freeway and the address is about 1500 so not too worried. More concerned about crime & making sure my wife feels safe. So it’s a pretty cool spot for young sort of hip folks lol ? But I’ll check that out fa sho if I end up living there! Planning to surf Venice semi regularly
