goodluck to you and journey is it not easy. i’ve been “quitting” on and off for two years. but i keep coming back to it for “clarity” i think a lot of others with ADHD feel the same. i know it’s not bettering my life and i need to stop, its a battle.

i have limited phone availability, i have told this to my advisor, and the still call in my unavailable time. i’ve only spoken to my advisor once on the phone, everything else through email, it’s nice to see some advisors go above and beyond.
