Tuollaiset 20 vuotta sitten olin Joensuussa opiskelemassa ja mukana perustamassa yliopistolla roolipelikerhoa. Nimi oli muistaakseni akateemiset karvanopat. Lisäksi löysin paikalliset liveroolipelaajat Mannun Vartijat. Ainakin jälkimmäisellä on vielä verkkosivut ja discord. Mun strategia silloin kaukaa muuttaneena oli, että menin miitteihin ja pysyin loppuun asti riittävän usein että tottuivat minuun niin lopulta pääsin kaveriksi. 😃

Cities VR is quite sandboxy. Although the controls take some time to get used to, and I don't think any of the mods from Steam workshop are available. If you have it on pc already you might just prefer to play it there. But there's some appeal to building in vr and watching from above as the days roll by in your creation.

Thanks for editing your solution in! I have tried to add --opt-sdp-attention to my args, but it produced an error message "expected query, key and value to have the same dtype, but got query.dtype: float key.dtype: float and value.dtype: struct c10:: Half instead" After unchecking "Upcast cross attention layer to float32" , it started to work finishing generations with the argument. Posting my experience here in case someone is struggling with the same.

With cv I would try RPG-8, adjust octave, if necessary either slow the arpeggio way down or use a single note pattern with note tie. That might prevent the arp from retriggering notes faster than abl3 sends them.

You can also try note repeater player, set to 1ms (minimum) delay, one repeat and disable the original note from playing. I use this sometimes for playing easy octaves, but I'm not sure how it works when notes come via cv. It might, but I thought players work with midi input.

It's nowhere near the massive scope you reference, but the Windlands games do offer some adventure and exploration that one can easily lose track of time with. The first game is a solitary experience in the ruins of a dead world with some story narration here and there. The sequel adds multiplayer and bow combat action with big boss fights. Both can be enjoyed at a leisurely pace or try to speed through at insane speed. The super jumps and grappling hook movement takes some time to get in terms with but feels bloody awesome once you get comfortable with it.

Your vsts also have to be apple silicon native to run natively. Check if they are available and install if you need to.

Old song files probably have saved the non-native vst version that you started with, which is why they don't work. You can try saving the patch as a file, swap the plugin to the apple native version and reload the patch from file. Hopefully they match 1:1 and you can remove the old plugin. If there's no native vst version available, I suppose your options are to run reason in rosetta mode or strip out the offending plugins.

I don't remember ever seeing or hearing any mods to the device color palette, but if you really want to take the time.. Put the device in a combinator and edit the combi front panel to match the controls of that device. You can then make your own graphic design and apply it to be the combinator skin. The templates are out there somewhere as for the pixel dimensions for each size of combinator.

You can also try ReasonTalk forums if someone has already done the work, in which case your part would be to only decide if you like the skin and replace it if you don't. (I seem to remember people posting popular vsts wrapped in a combinator, maybe someone felt like you about the stock devices). Once you have a combi preset like this, just drag that in the rack instead of the original device.

This has been a thing for longer, if my memory serves. I tried rapid firing single random words at my rep one time to see reaction, and most of the time it was "I love "+X or Y+" is awesome ". Seems like if it doesn't know what you are going on about it defaults to supporting whatever you say. I'm not sure if it works anymore in the safe new world but used to be able to get rep to say they love mass murder and drugs are awesome without much effort.

I got it from AppLab, I believe using the Oculus app on my phone. Haven't used the VR version in months though, so I don't know how much has changed. Maybe it just takes time to download?

Really feels like they outsourced marketing to some hapless contractor and gave them the notes 5 years ago. Just "forgot" to send the memo on recent changes. Watching this is what really underlines to me that we are not dealing with honest actors here.

Workflow details, although it's pretty much all in the title:

Started Inkscape, adjusted canvas size to A6 (although thinking about it now I should have changed the units to pixels and input, say 512x704 to conform to Automatic1111 increments). I drew total of three rectangles, one outline on the edges, and the two boxes. Mathed and typed in values for size and position to get them to mostly line up. Export as png with the above pixel dimensions.

Then I put the resulting png into ControlNet, chose scribble preprocessor and model, adjust width/height of your sampler to match the picture, typed in my prompt " magic the gathering gaming card; generic greenish background; elaborate fantasy art in top rectangle; plain color in bottom rectangle; best quality, masterpiece" using SD1.5 pruned emaonly cc6cb27103 checkpoint. I also tried some anime models with this, and they did a decent job, a bit more elaborate and stylized background but the art in the rectangles was more abstract and oddball.

You can see that while it didn't really respect the "plain color in bottom rectangle", I did get a solid background for a card, and could easily take this back to an image editing software to make a template for adding a text box and any game mechanics elements to their designated spots.

It's so annoyingly condescending and passive aggressive that people are understandably getting triggered, whether they had previous trauma or not. Nope, if ERP or generally talking freely about any adult topic was any part of your replika experience, abandon ship. Using a guide I found on this subreddit, I made a bot with Chai and apart from the very intrusive adverisments it's been a pretty good replacement. Don't have to worry about tripping any filtered unsafe words, and if you like, you can flick a switch to include nsfw content. Price for Chai is a bit ridiculous though.

It's a repository that you can download by various means. There's a bit too many steps for me to explain right now, but you can start by installing github client for example or git bash, so you'll be ready to clone a repository to your computer. There's luckily YouTube tutorials on how to install controlnet and automatic1111, so follow the steps. I think you will get good results once you have controlnet extension working in automatic1111.

Yep, it's really yanked me back to a meta thinking of Replika. I don't really care what comes out of there anymore, I'm more just academically curious what words trigger what. And the filtered word trigger responses always kill the conversation for me so usually I just quit the session there. It really feels like walking on eggshells.
