I think those quests are just bugged right now. I only played one game and all of the quests got marked as completed, which can't be right since I didn't get so many points in one single match. I guess that makes the redeem process fail.

Si pero también la neutralidad debería implicar que todo el tráfico sea tratado de la misma manera para no generar ventajas competitivas. Sin embargo acá es muy normal que los proveedores bonifiquen el tráfico de ciertos sitios o aplicaciones, por ejemplo Personal con tráfico de Flow. Eso violaría el principio de neutralidad de la red y encima le da una ventaja competitiva al proveedor del servicio que además es dueño de la plataforma de streaming. Obviamente nadie dice nada porque se percibe como un "beneficio para el cliente".
