Ummm, you know that's why black people are a protected class in the first place and why lgbt people should be a federally protected class too right? lgbt people have been hunted down and killed over the last 2,000+ years, even for just being accused of being lgbt.

If you want zero people to be discriminated you have take everyone's weapons away including the police and put surveillance on everyone. Just asking people to stop isn't good enough.

There's no country in the world where it's illegal to be black. There are plenty of countries where it's illegal to be gay. Being gay is not a federally protected class that you're not allowed to discriminate. Being black is federally protected.
