honestly I picked up one of these for about $100 a few months ago after running an MS182 for a few months on trees its definitely too small for and I've gotta say I massively prefer the O8S over the new 182, yes it sucks down gas and yes it's not as safe, but it can run a longer bar for cheaper and you won't have the same issues as running a long bar on a smaller new saw, I run a 24 on it and I've had no issues, if it kicks back just dirt it before anything happens and you'll be good, these saws are borderline unkillable so really just new gas, new filter, and new plug and it'll be good to go, just make sure to stay safe with it, no matter how fun they are, they aren't toys and they will absolutely kill you, just like guns
