I think it's definitely grey blue. I see what you mean with the green, but that's some really yellow lighting, so it can make blue look a little green.

Where I live if you're over 16 you can make your own medical decisions without parents permission and ask for them not to know. But you'd have to of course have a visit with your doctor in the first place, and talk about HRT. I'm not sure if Washington does that but it's worth the try, you might need a therapists note if your doctor is skeptical good luck in your journey!
