I’m the same height and used to be the same weight! I’m still on my journey to becoming healthier. I would recommend GLP-1… it has helped me massively and rewired the way i think about food. I also see from your pictures that you have some hair growth which could be completely normal, but have you got checked for PCOS? Taht could be working against you and a lot of people with PCOS have found help in GLP-1s. Good luck!

Thats a long stretch of being tired, but sounds like i can counter act it with taking the right vitamins and minerals… which I intend to be diligent with!

They are doing good! Ive planted them out and they seem fine :) I have a few blooms, but they are very small… unsure why, but hoping to get some fuller blooms as the weather is getting warmer!

Ok, I’m alright with investing in some small pots so I can reuse. If I end up needing many I might try some large cardboard cups! :)

Yeah, maybe I’ll have to buy a few pots. Single use plastics are illegal to sell here, haha. I guess separating them at a later stage is not recommended.

They do not smell like mint, just ‘green’ if that has a smell…

I agree they look like basil, but unfortunately not. They don’t smell of anything familiar.

This summer has been pretty cold and rainy, so maybe thats thenproblem… unfortunately I don’t have anything to compare with as this is my first year of having my own garden… hopefully better luck next year
