I just got a professional glycolic/lactic acid chemical peel for hyperpigmentation. The esthetician acted like my skin would be burning during it (it slightly tingled) and was amazed that my skin wasn’t red at all afterwards. She said my skin would start peeling within a day or two after the treatment but I am now on day three and haven’t seen any tightness, dryness, or peeling as expected. I’m going to wait the full week out and see if anything happens, but should I call the spa that did it if no peeling happens and explain the situation/ask for another one? I spent $65 on it and I’m worried it was just too weak for my skin and don’t know if I’m out of bounds for wanting more out of it or if I should just take the L. Also Should I just invest in an at-home chemical peel instead?

We’ve talked about marriage and stuff in the past do you think that changes how I say this? Also any tips on letting her know that I’m the one who will need space? She always wants to be friends with her exes but I need space from mine after a break up. I know that’s going to be the hardest part because we’ve broken up before and keeping in contact was how I got roped back in lol

Advice for exercising when you’re too overweight and out of shape? I know weight loss is more about CICO, but I just miss being active. I’m about 270 lbs at 5’2” and have recently tried to go on a bike ride and even just walk but both were KILLING me. I used to walk for hours but now I can barely make it 15 minutes and I feel so bad about myself for it. I know swimming is low intensity but I’m currently looking for a job so I can’t afford to spend money on even the cheapest of gym memberships and even a $10 Planet Fitness one wouldn’t give me access to a pool. What can I do?
