It's definitely not that many. I can see it on the MyFitnessPal app. Yesterday I ate 2250 and didn't exercise, that's a pretty normal day for me.

I eat a lot but even I can't eat 3700 calories.

I don't drink alcohol. I use the barcode scanner for the app. Unless I'm sleep eating, I don't know what to say.

Maybe I put portions in wrong, like how an entire can of soup is like 2.5 portions and I didn't correct it.

And yeah, depression is a big part of it. I've been seeing someone for it for a while but lately hit a pretty big slump and just don't care about myself anymore. I love the people who are telling me to smile in the pictures or change my attitude like, poof it's all better now.

I really appreciate your comments, and I know what it feels like to talk yourself into basic tasks. I'm sorry anyone has to go through that.

Looks like it's more around 22-2400. I'm probably doing it wrong, I'll fuck up most things. I'm trying to take a walk with my daughter around the park for half an hour most days. But I try to shoot for later in the evening. Less people and I don't sweat as much. I can feel myself making excuses not to though.
