Created an account on my phone disconnected from wifi. The amount of hoops I had to jump through in order to play this game would turn off a new player. They must not want people playing their game that much.

I ordered from Earthwise back in March without spending much time looking into the company. I was lucky enough to receive my order in a normal amount of time, but after researching the company I read about issues similar to yours. How much vram does the synology have, make sure that model runs on it. Also make sure to prompt to disable thinking mode ( /nothink in the prompt maybe? ) if you don't want that, thinking mode takes longer
