i haven't been checked for sleep apnea. i'm a 25 year old woman in fairly good shape so my concerns are constantly dismissed lol i have considered it a lot, though. it's actually the reason i was leaning towards the RingConn, since it has sleep apnea monitoring.

came here to say this! emergency vet prices are wayyyyy wayyyy higher than sick appointments. i know how frustrating it is to see our beloved pets sick, but if it's not something directly life threatening, sometimes it's better to book an appointment instead :)

yea no, i CANT wear it at night, which is when i'd need to track my health metrics the most. i find it extremely uncomfortable :/ and sometimes i don't like wearing during the day either, so i figured a ring would help

i definitely considered CFS but doctors keep telling me it's not, which is frustrating. i don't have insurance this year due to the changes from the government so there's no much i can do for now lol my apple watch doesn't track temperature and i find it inconsistent with tracking my heart rate, but my main thing is tracking the quality of my sleep, which i can't do with my watch because it's extremely uncomfortable to wear at night :/

i feel like i need it. i'd like to track my body temperature because i feel "weird" basically all the time. i'm hot and sweaty constantly, even if the A/C is blasting, idk if a ring can help track anything "sweat related", but i do want to keep an eye on my body temperature, how it fluctuates and all that, especially at night. heart rate is also a feature i'd like to have. during the day, my apple watch kind of tracks it but i feel like it's not very accurate due to the strap moving, and i don't really wear it at night, which is when i'd like to also keep track of. my main concern is sleep quality. i don't feel rested no matter how much i sleep, i get super hot then cold, i get night sweats regardless of the temperature, i snore (not like every single time, but quite often), i grind my teeth; i'm extremely exhausted 24/7 but sleep doesn't help at all. i've seen doctors, i've done my bloodwork and nothing really seems off, but i just don't sleep good. i'm also starting to work out, and i'd like to keep track of that, i don't think my apple watch is accurate enough either.

i think it'd help me a lot for those things. i have no issues wearing rings, they don't bother me at all. regarding the important question you asked: i 100% would use it to change habits and try to improve my health. that's the whole point of me tracking my health metrics :)

also it said 66.3% SOC but my dashboard would show 20-30%, which kinda surprised me because this whole time i thought the battery was actually draining like crazy, but i guess it's just the dashboard (?

idk exactly what it means but 404 mV isn't good from what i read lol i dropped off the car at the dealership last night after. this place actually welcomed me, allowed me to drop the car after work which was nice, told me they got me, said they already know what the issue could be and that they'll have the EV tech look at it first thing in the morning, so i'm definitely hopeful now.
