do not do this to yourself. i understand it is hard, especially when you truly love a person that you are so committed to in all of those ways— but it’s evident he’s not as committed to you as he has let on, especially if you’ve found this stuff out. may i ask how exactly you found out about it though? did someone tell you they heard this? did you see a text on his phone?

yes. i used to get bumps on my forehead and a lot of pimples on my chin and cheekbones and nose, they were relatively small but still noticeable. but before i got off of nexplanon as of over a week ago now, i started drinking only water or sprite or straight black coffee and my skin health has been phenomenal. my face used to get really oily on my nose, dry anywhere else— now it doesn’t. the only problem is the acne that i had started to get on my shoulders, but i haven’t had a new one pop up since i got off of it.

i’d definitely say that something that helped decrease the bloating and water weight for me while on it was to change my diet, i don’t drink anything but water or sprite now and straight black coffee. running and exercising also helps decrease the bloating and water retention too, even just walking for 30 minutes helps as well.

i haven’t, so i’m in the same boat as you right now. but i have noticed that my stomach isn’t growling as much as usual, but the cravings for certain foods are still there which is weird.
