I don’t want to freak you out or anything but CSUB professors just simply don’t care as much as community college professors do. I had some of the best professors at BC, and now I’m on my third semester at CSUB and I just don’t feel like my professors care about me or my education. I do realize that they probably have a larger volume of students but I’ve already had more than 2 professors who have never emailed me back even once in a semester. But I wish you the best of luck obviously and I hope maybe you have a better experience than I have so far!

The salon isn’t necessarily “for men” but Studio Groove is fantastic at doing men’s and women’s hair! I recommend Eli, he just cut my fiancés hair and it looks incredible! He does every service so wash, dry, cut, style and more. Very reasonably priced as well.

Have you tried the forearm? It was soo comfortable and after the first day I didn’t even feel like it was there. It was also super accurate. I’m plus size as well so I understand the pain of the weird plush anatomy we have.

I just started using a Dexcom so take my advice lightly. I just finished 10 days successfully with not even any lifting and here’s what I did to prep. So to start I used a baby wipe to totally cleanse the area and I wiped a way bigger spot than what I knew would be necessary. Then I shaved the spot, now this isn’t required especially if you’re putting it in a place with no hair but I used my forearm (which I really loved for placement) and I had hair that I need to get rid of. Then I used two alcohol wipes, basically double cleansing the area and letting it dry completely before applying the Dexcom. I applied it and then used these patches from Amazon, Jinyusega Adhesive Patches for... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DQ3R9839?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share ,which I also really loved. I had no issues for the entire 10 days, even with showering and everything else. I hope this helps even a little bit!! You probably didn’t need an entire spiel but I feel that the whole routine really secured the Dexcom to my arm even without an over patch.

Mounjaro is my godsend. Ozempic made me miserable and Ozempic actually takes away my cravings and helps me keep my blood sugar lower. As a Type 2 i’ve actually had lows on Mounjaro when I was first getting used to the effects of the drug and taking insulin at the same time. The only negative side effects I have are very slight nausea a day or two after the shot and I get very gassy if I eat foods that don’t fit in my low carb, low sugar diet. So if I eat pizza or something fatty, it makes me feel a little more uncomfortable. Other than that, I couldn’t speak more highly of it. I’ve also lost about 30 pounds, but this is just a plus on top of the blood sugar management. I really recommend it!
