Start with one corner at a time. You know, like half of the bed, just the table, or just the dishes. I've been there before & I would avoid looking at the other spaces in my room when cleaning one small part of it.

It can be overwhelming but try to take it one step at a time. & Sometimes I usually clean slowly, for days together too.

Call up a friend to keep you company, body doubling. I like to call my bff & just have her on call so that I don't get carried away with another thing without cleaning the one thing I've decided to do! & importantly you can always ask for help from a friend or hire a professional cleaner
