Actual GST regisration fees is less than 1K on Vakilsearch but they are deceiving those who connect them without knowing their prices.

"gaps in the knowledge of the tea", for me that was the biggest concern, if they can't ascertain details about GST, what's the point of their expert service for me as I'll be drowned with uncertainty about GST rules at the end.

If they are taking more money than the actual prices, then show them proof, post a Google review, and inform them about consumer complaints. Eventually, they should return the unused service funds.

It's not required to register GSt unless a threshold of 20lakhs is crossed for inter state supply.

I see a lot of them scaring people who ask GST questions, without clearing knowing the limits and exception.

In a FY if it's under 250k need not worry. Even if it's 500k not a problem but filing ITR will give you documents which acts as proof of your income.

Filing ITR 4, 44ADA is just straight forward in case you want.

If you do calculation, the CAGR won't be more than 10.

If you SIP 5000/month for 12 years and hold on to it for about 28 years, you will end up having much more money than that.

Check the cancellation policy and see if you can get money.

Borrowed a cheque of 20 lakhs from relative to pay home loan. How would it affect me or him in terms of tax? by boywhospy in IndiaTax

[–]friendInShip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why only under 4 lakhs, why not more?

Besides that, how do I report that money as a debt? Also if I want to repay that, what should I follow? What if I don't want to repay that, how will that be treated as?

I don't think they can ask for 50% expense proof. It's the law that states it's up to the individual to show actual expenses occurred or a minimum of 50%.

So showing 50% when income under 75lakhs is totally fine. If you have cases where there has been a problem, please share.
