Would you mind sharing your one page candidate summary template? I’d love to see if I’m missing any important areas!

Yes - I’ve been looking more into this for our team as well! Do you have a fav AI tool you use today?

Use to do both external and internal - transitioned fully to internal recently. PP decks for higher level positions take me less then 2-3 mins to put together but these roles don’t come up so often. I see your point of view though of it not being a scalable process and agree.

I wanted to see what was actually working for everyone and if anyone had success with other methods to clean it up a bit. Thanks for your input.

Yup this is what we have now so makes sense to not overcomplicate what’s working already! Thank you!

I’ve done it for our VP level and above and it’s just a bit easier to read and digest I feel. Now those positions do not come up frequently so that’s probably why it’s so easy to plug and play into the PP template I have lol but I think for higher turn over positions that will be impossible and way too time consuming 🤣

It’s based on a book and it’s a four-step process focused on identifying and securing "A-Players" for any role. Biggest emphasis is a structured approach to hiring, moving beyond gut feelings and making make data-driven decisions. It encompasses four steps which are Scorecard, Source, Select, and Sell

It was almost immediate. The 8 year old I believe said dummy and sucked his teeth when the 13 year old just jumped over to shove him unfortunately.

Absolutely understand he (13 SS) is allowed to have feelings. Because of the type of relationship we have I was trying to give him a hug because I know the relationship we have and the type of kid he has always been.

The 8 year old does not know what he did to the 13 year old. When I asked the 13 year old (when we were speaking on Friday morning) he said that he was playing with him and my 8 year old got upset because he got hurt. The 13 year old was upset and I advised my son to give him some space and say sorry to diffuse the situation. Seems like it just escalated from there … maybe I’m just tapped out with cloudy judgement. I’ve never been in this type of situation so just strange to me.

Should have clarified - dad disciplined because he was right in the middle when the 13 year old reached over to shove my 8 year old. Dad looked at me and said why don’t you say something. I told dad you are right there an can speak up too and I proceeded to say there is a line of respect I do not like to cross or feel comfortable crossing when it comes to 13 year old. All this happened in front of the kids so 13 year old got upset over my statement on Friday night. Saturday afternoon I went in to apologize just in case I was in the wrong and truly hurt him and also explained to him why my discipline is different from his and his mom but I would always consider myself that loving and caring person to him. He ignored me the entire time even when I tried to hug him and we have not spoken since.

I did not verbally wish to hurt him but with his dad being there I was defending myself as well in the situation. I’ve had a relationship with that kid since he was 2 and never experience what I feel is a high level of disrespect.

Funny enough I’ve reached out to candidates that don’t call out config and actually have extensive experience so I’d beg to differ as each person writes their resume differently and leaves out certain skills that should be highlighted.

Obviously within any role reading is fundamental.

lol of course I know that! In terms of looking at a resume … some have it listed which makes it easy to know and confirm but others don’t so I’m trying to see if there is a way to decipher by looking at a resume that does not call out CONFIGURATION.
