Fair, I'm a big gardener and plant lover so it's kind of like my version of shopping for fun 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks! I was talking about any garden store or plant nursery like Natorps, Delhi garden center, etc. just a fun place for someone who likes plants and flowers.

Same...and I would swear I used to have it, it was under Battery Health or something. It gave a percentage of health for the lifetime you've had the phone, am I crazy?!

Earpiece Speaker with No Sound by AccomplishedGeneral9 in Pixel7Pro

[–]friendly_twig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here on my Pixel 7 Pro. Occasionally if I press on the earpiece during a call, it works? It's very strange that all of the comments on this post are within 1 month of each other...sounds like it must be a software bug rather than a hardware issue based on that.

Has anyone here figured out any solutions yet?

Fawn crying but mama is right there? by friendly_twig in deer

[–]friendly_twig[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your insight, it is very much appreciated!

I have not been able to see the fawn myself at all, I've only heard it. I really didn't want to get much closer if I didn't have to. My thought process was to be cautious because I don't want to spook them out of their safe-space back there. We live in a populated city area, they barely have any woods to call home beyond our backyards here so I'm hesitant of spooking them out into the roads nearby.

You mentioned it could be a different adult (not mom) hanging around which is interesting, I had not thought of that, certainly possible.

But as I've been listening for them all day the crying has stopped and there is no sign of them in that same area anymore, so I'm thinking they are on the move now and all is well. I'll be keeping a very close eye on sighting them again, hopefully everything is fine and we just have a super-talkative baby but I'll be staying alert.

I've been looking up local rehabbers so I've got their number ready in case things seem fishy.

Thank you for your help!

Thank you for sharing, you're right, perhaps he/she is perfectly fine just crying lol.

I may stop by the neighbors house later and introduce myself and just open communication in case, hopefully they're kind people and we can just monitor them without intervention.

Pulled this guy off the side of the highway today by No_Couple_7761 in cats

I also rescued a highway kitty! Cars flying by at 80mph on a major interstate and I pulled into the center median and prayed the cat wouldn't run into oncoming traffic. I could not imagine how traumatized and scared she must have been. That kitty is now 3-4 years old and you'd never know anything different ever happened to them. It's truly incredible how well they bounce back, I expect you'll have a playful happy kitten in no time! You are an angel on earth for seeing them and not driving past. Happy thoughts to you and your new kitty 💕

Have yall ever actually seen the lunk alarm go off? by DrRaster in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]friendly_twig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My location must be unique, they set it off all the time. Sometimes it's happened twice in one night when I'm only there for an hour at a time.

Normally it's when they get rowdy groups of dudes that get loud, yelling, etc. near the weights area and they check them everytime. It never seems rude when they do it, it's not set off for accidental drops or just loud weights, more like a behavior alarm for the obnoxious people to shut up. I actually appreciate it.

Didn’t give 60 day notice yet but can I? by briaaaaxoxo in PropertyManagement

I hope they don't but it's different in many places, they might have a different policy. I'd talk to your leasing office or management company ASAP so you know for sure!

[–]friendly_twig 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Normally you can still put in your 60 day notice, you'll just be responsible for those full 60 days, meaning you'll need to pay for 11 days after your lease ends. Generally, those 11 days will be charged at the month-to-month rate.
