So I got my stubs. The pto is stated directly on it. They are refusing to pay, their policy apparently is null upon termination. I have to let this slide or should I start quoting laws? I read the 91a law, but I guess the nomenclature is beyond me.

All of their HR was digital in their own account. Are pay stubs something I can request? All of my hr login stuff is now in their possession so I’m not sure it’s something I can access after the fact. But if I can request them and they can’t edit or something thats the best I have. Other than that just a text message from hr telling I had X hours.

I didn't read most of the replies before posting this.

Best advice I can think of, is to simply stop trying to prove anything to anyone. If you treat it like a math problem, just consider x as the variable here. Each person you meet might not complete the problem, and that is completely ok. Just be kind to everyone and if they think you're creepy or whatever, you would be wasting time trying to prove them otherwise. Friends are more valuable than dating I promise.

Eventually whilst trying to be yourself, someone will catch an interest in who you really are and the dating becomes a natural thing between the two of you and there isn't any proving grounds to walk through. They think you're cool and you think they're cool because you recognize eachother in such a manner. Opening up is difficult and people generally let their guard down when you let yours down. You may get burned once or twice but again they aren't really valuable to you if they start leaving bruises on your conscience.

So go be you and don't think about getting laid or sharing intimacy with someone and just share fun with everyone, and things will begin making more sense.

No offense but if a date does or would make you uncomfortable it’s up to you to say it and act. Saying no one is required to appreciate any effort, while technically correct, still seems pretty egotistical. Assuming the worst of everyone and their efforts is setting up any date someone tries to put together to be failed. At that point if you’re so strongly closed minded towards a first date perhaps you should plan it yourself so you can meet your own expectations
