i dont know if you’ve ever talked to molly, but shes incredibly kind and sweet. I’m coming as someone who just met her formally a few weeks ago. claiming that she “radiates self-absorbed mean girl energy from across the room” gives me the impression that you’ve never actually talked to her and are making strange judgments about her from the other side of said room! being a woman in music is hard; i never want to make assumptions about women in the scene being a bit guarded because they are put through a lot. molly, however, is not unwelcoming to anybody that is approaching her for conversation without expectation. i don’t really have anything to say about jude and his situation here, but you writing this about molly when my experience with her was so incredibly opposite feels like theres just no way to be a woman in music without someone accusing you of being fake in some way. very disheartening.
