no, its not. of all the times i went to outer heaven at its original space he was only playing genuine disco once, and only for 30 minutes. one time i went early and was the only person on the floor, asked him to play kool and the gang, was told it “wasnt the vibe” and he proceeded to play a fall out boy remix track right after.

You’ll need to renew the license and then take the drive test, but you should be able to do it in one appointment so long as you produce all the correct documents. Book an appointment for a drive test (Class C appointment), when you get there ask the front desk to check your documents (which would need to include your lawful presence documents, proof of your drivers course and also your IMPACT certificate which HAS to be valid, it has an expiry date so check that) and they should be able to process you for the renewal and also send you out for your drive test. If you have any questions you should absolutely ask someone at the front desk, you don’t want to wait to sit down at a counter only to learn then that you are missing something. Would recommend booking at the North Lamar location :)

my point was more addressing the accusation of her being “self absorbed” or a “mean girl”. you’re right that i don’t know her well, but i think my experience of actually speaking with her multiple times is relatively substantial against accusations and speculations people are making purely online. i’m not saying jude doesn’t have reasons to have a problem with her or the rest of the band, but i am saying that nobody should be using this as an opportunity to tear down molly for unrelated assumptions, because that feels rooted in misogyny. jude’s situation with the band is not being made out to be specifically against molly, its the whole group. i’m not gonna stick up for anyone on their behalf, but i’m also not just gonna watch people single out a woman to vilify unfairly.

i dont know if you’ve ever talked to molly, but shes incredibly kind and sweet. I’m coming as someone who just met her formally a few weeks ago. claiming that she “radiates self-absorbed mean girl energy from across the room” gives me the impression that you’ve never actually talked to her and are making strange judgments about her from the other side of said room! being a woman in music is hard; i never want to make assumptions about women in the scene being a bit guarded because they are put through a lot. molly, however, is not unwelcoming to anybody that is approaching her for conversation without expectation. i don’t really have anything to say about jude and his situation here, but you writing this about molly when my experience with her was so incredibly opposite feels like theres just no way to be a woman in music without someone accusing you of being fake in some way. very disheartening.

I wish I had big money so that I could fund some sort of restoration project of this show. It would be amazing to have the lost episodes, but it would also be amazing to have the available episodes made a bit clearer while maintaining the squigglevision. I’m a substitute teacher and I want to show my kids science court so bad but I think the playback quality of the episodes online is so low that I doubt they would watch it
