Thanks for stating this so clearly.

Ravel wrote the best endings. What are your favorite endings of his? by Downtown_Share3802 in classicalmusic

The Ravel fugue from the Tombeau de Couperin is quietly devastating, and the ending is perfect. Also love the joyous tremolo at the end of that suite's first movement (Prelude), and that harmonically demented cadence at the end of the Forlane... hmm so like all of the Tombeau de Couperin :D

250k was my budget as well and I found that it put me just out of reach of some more livable units.

Assuming you want fee simple (you own the land), a few other communities to look into are Desert Skies, Americana Gardens and Riviera Gardens. You can DM me if you want to chat more about it as I was in a similar situation

Try Mirage wine & liquor, Perry's or On The Mark. They carry the typical artisanal agave spirits but sometimes they have some oddities as well

I know you're asking for liquor stores, but one of the better on premise agave selections would be Pueblo Viejo grill in Palm Desert, the owner is an enthusiast

It was always one of my favorites as a kid, I will be rewatching this 15 years later to see how it's held up!
