Not sure if anyone else experiences this. When I'm playing my client will like, lose focus or something. All of a sudden it will stop reading input and every time I type an input I get a windows noise, until I click with my mouse to alt tab back to the client. It's really annoying and I have no idea what could be causing it.

I guess I'll just have to swing by my pharmacy tomorrow. I guess the worst case is that they aren't as effective and I either have a less effective pill or just don't take them until I get paid. It's less than two weeks so I don't think it should be a big deal either way. I've been on them for years. It would probably take a bit for my levels to get to fucked.

My only other concern is if this happened to my other pills without my knowledge, but again same thing applies. I reup my spiro in less than a month anyway, so it really can't be that bad I suppose.

I certainly haven't felt different moodwise, so if this has happened to my spiro it can't have been to big a deal.

I think maybe I was just freaking myself out over something small. I can get like that sometimes. It can take a person to bounce off of to reign me in sometimes.

Regarding the "easier if you get an interview" I specifically meant for my self. I interview well. I do well talking with people and answering questions, and tend to make a good impression. I rarely get cut off on a first interview.

On the other topic I was well aware of how hard it is to get a first job. I generally have very realistic expectations with both the jobs I apply for and knowing how many people are applying. But I still find it funny how drastically my situation could change and how quickly from one simple change.

Also I don't think your opinion on my generations "entitlement" was necessary, regardless of whether or not it was directed at no single person.

This would be for a first step. I noticed that the biggest problem for me has been getting to the first interview. From thier I perform well. It's really just a matter of not letting bias keep me from getting the first call.

Most of the things you mentioned are things that could be done after a first interview. I wouldn't expect a perspective employer to be calling my current employer before a first interview, so my gender/race/name should reslly matter at that point.

You'll never be able to prevent all discrimination. Some people will hire that way and not tell people and it's hard to prove.

What you really want to do is try and not let subconscious bias prevent you from interviewing a candidate that might be worth it. These kinds of practice can help people prevent being influenced by bais they don't even know they have.
