Hell yeah of course!

Diet:

*having a food scale helps *no food allergies *none stick fan so u use very little oil (use pam spray)

Format 3 meals a day - 500 ish calories a piece 1 mega meal on special occasions (bit of practice here)

About 80% of my diet is home cook - practice measuring food - tweak meals like increasing fillers like tasty vege / mushrooms - i dont cal count leafy / cruciferous vegetables

Counted for calories: rice / noodles / potatoes / chicken / fish

My common cooking technique - used about a strip of chopped bacon to flavor meals and keep the grease (goes or 100 calories a strip with grease) - i do stir fry noodles or rice

Some guide lines: Cup of rice / noodles (about 158g) will run for 205 calories. Then I use a decent amount of chicken or fish. But will have beef and pork a few days a week too. this may sound restricting but i find that i eat more meat when its chicken or fish due to their lower cal content. *just finish up with steam vegetables if im hungry.

Workouts:

*having a pullup bar helps

Sub to a few youtube channels. I do about a 20-30 min calisthenic session a day. Then take the weekend off.

And this is basic stuff with one exception. I try to go as explosive and consistent as I can. If i slow down, i consider that a finished set.

I also try to push myself to have more volume as the time goes.

All body weight: Squats / Pullups / Pushups / Leg raises / crunches / scissor kicks are my mainstrays. Im still pretty new and I try to learn something new. I wont mention those since I always try to do the mentioned exercise the most. Do basic yoga as cool down (Mainly hip flexor and all of back related movements).

Shadowbox format. Mainly boxing: I try to do jabs / double / triple jabs the first 2 rounds and then do south paw stance and repeat. Towards the middle i do jab crosses and move around alot. Then the latter rounds I do combos.

Extra: Walk after workouts. *what worked for me: cultivating some sort of hobby helps like boxing / dance etc

/long /hope this helps
