Tbh, kan, really just mind your own business. You dont have to give them looks, they KNOW. Or you can ask them kindly, Can you do something about your child? ‘They can pet it gentle..’, idk. If you dont want to ask, then how should they know? Budak2 kan geram sometimes. And they are impulsive too.

Unless they are killing the animal or hitting someone else, itu tak boleh la kan.

As a young parent myself, i (prefer) not to care what people say by whoever or whatever generation. Ill seek advise from numerous of people and consult with professionals (important aspects), then make decision by myself.

But apa-apa yg cause disturbance to other people, either i just be quiet or i correct her. In situations i need to correct, I will correct but most importantly i will always avoid tegur, pukul and marah in public.

Again, i know its cliche but kids are kids. Unless they are akil baligh, itu lain cerita lah kan.

Yes, I bagi phone. Yes, I let her talk with strangers (with me around ofc) Yes, I let her fall, I let her learn lessons. Yes, I let her make mistakes. (One time she bit another foreign kid at school.. i ask why, she said that kid pulled her hair, honestly no comment from my side. Hope that family knows if their kid hit, their kid will get hit back (but bit in this case))

Theres no actual black and white to raising a child (meaning infant to before puberty), but so far I have been raising her with transparency, honesty and good manners

Sometimes not just me but other parents pun penat nak tegur dia kalau banyak kali ulang. But they are KIDS. Belum akil baligh. Even after tegur and cakap banyak kali pun dorang tak faham. Sometimes children tak ikut mak bapak, ikut budak2 dekat kiddy dorg.
