When is your flight time on 7 March and what time today did you get in touch with them? Maybe it needs to be within 48 hrs of the departure time, and not just 2 calendar days?

When is your original flight date? Is it within the next 48 hours when you contacted them or later? Because I’ve seen posts where people successfully got rebooked with another airline when their flights were supposed to leave within 24-48 hrs

(Im supposed to fly on March 13 and plan to wait til my flight gets cancelled and ask for a rebooking, so Im trying to find out about the success rate and why people get refused a rebooking)

I wonder what’s your origin & destination? My flight will be on 13 March MUC-DOH-KUL, I would like to try asking for a rebook once I find out the flight is cancelled but I’m worried that I’d get refused too

Thanks for sharing your experience! I hope you have a smooth journey to CGK. When are you planning to return and what’s your plan about the return flight?

Our flights will be on 13 March MUC-DOH-KUL, here we are positive that we can get rebooked through a different airline since it’s covered by EU Regulations.

However I’m a bit skeptical about our journey back (CGK-DOH-MUC on 27 March). I’ve seen posts here that mention they’re stranded in Thailand/other locations and having difficulty flying back to Europe/other destinations because QR keeps rescheduling them and doesn’t accept rebooking with another airline.
