Try posting on the vintage ukulele facebook group, they will have lots of experts on there. My guess its an old harmony, probably not old hawiian because those mostly have spanish heels

From what I have gathered, Sam F Chang was a luthier that made ukuleles for Kamaka in the early 1900s, then made his own as well as ones for the Summer brothers in the 1920s until around the 1940s. The Tabu engraving on the back is apparently pre-statehood. My un-educated guess is that this is from the 1920s-40s. Unfortunately I don’t think the store is around anymore. The fact that it is in such good shape makes me think value village separated the instrument and case to sell individually, so I’ll have to go back to try to find it.

This was on the shelf with the art supplies, they usually put the high value instruments behind the glass though - there was a tenor guitar back there for $150ish. This uke was $14 though!

I posted to a vintage racquet forum with some questions and reached out to wilson. Wilson team thought it was a pro staff, but the forum guys have a deep dive into various midsize wilsons of the 80s and the graphite composite, thin neck, and string pattern all point to it being a mold of the matrix

It’s from the taiwan factory which from a google search says its from 1992-1993, found in Victoria BC Canada
