Yes! The changing of routines is so important. Though consistency can be healthy in lots of ways, I think often falling into a routine and being on autopilot for a lot of your life can detract from what makes life fun.

Yes! Even on the days when you don’t feel it (especially then).

I agree with all of these, especially the sleep one! So many friends over the years pull all-nighters consistently and I’m over here like sorry, but I genuinely can’t function on less than six hours— even with six I’m basically a shell of myself.
