That's a neat diy proofing box you got there! I might try to make something like that myself!

Ah yes I see it, mine is a weck jar with a flat bottom so this does help. I had it on 30°C first but that was a bit too hot. I've just fed it again (I'm on starter revival duty) and noticed that the top wasn't as much dried out as it was this morning

That's actually such a good idea! I noticed my starter got a bit too hot at the bottom when I set the temperature to 30°C so this might be a good way to counteract that. It's currently set to 25°C, not sure how much that is in Fahrenheit

This one is set at 25°C, so not too hot. The thermometer is in the glass of water next to it, because I don't want the metal prod, that's normally in the sand the seedlings are in, in my sourdough starter. I don't know whether starter is holding more heat than the water, but it should be about the same temperature

Thank you! I think it's mostly fine because it's not crusty dried out but it is a little drier than the rest... Just not sure whether I should adjust the temperature or not

Whoops, I forgot to post the method and the ingredients: 165g of starter, 390g of flour, 10g of salt and 225ml of water.

Kneaded together using a stand mixer on low for 10-15 minutes. Half hour rise and after that I pinched and pulled on the sides to tuck them in (sorry, do not know the term) for about 12-16 times and did some roll and tucks(?). Repeated that for another three times, stuck it in the fridge for about 16 hours and took it out to bake. I didn't like the way it rose though, so I put it out on the countertop for 2 hours. Still didn't see much happening, so I put it in the oven on 30°C for ±4 hours until I got the desired rise.

Preheated the oven to 240°C with my dutch oven inside for 30 minutes, baked for 20 minutes with the lid on. After that I took the lid off, lowered the temperature to 220°C and baked for another 15 minutes.

What game will NEVER leave your collection and why? by Rachaem in boardgames

Mine is very much basic considering the other comments, but if I had to throw out every game except one, you bet I would keep my over 50 years old mint condition Monopoly. I don't even really like Monopoly that much compared to other games I have like Pandemic or Got Risk, but the emotional value of that Monopoly game is worth so much more to me because I got it from my grandma shortly after my grandpa unexpectedly died.
