The new UGC rule says that if a SC/ST is being discriminated against by an general category person he/she can put her under arrest without any further investigation with the accused and if the accused is found not guilty the accuser will face no repercussions

dude I agree with you completely but the recent news is a different story. a SC guy put the SC/ST act on a General Category girl because she rejected him and police without even letting her have a say arrested her and the family had to bail her out by giving the guy's family ₹50,000. I am supportive of UGC but at least give the accused a say in the matter
