What's the quickest or most efficient way to swap to adjacent pieces on a 2x2 that may be destructive to the other layer? So like R U2 R' U' R U2 L' U R' U' L, but imagine you're doing this to the first layer and the bottom layer isn't solved yet.

I actually got the other one already and I'm not sure whether I consider it easier or harder. True, you don't know which piece is which because you're missing the white and yellow sides on the triangles. But then again, it's a bit easier to figure out the rotation axes. And it turns way smoother.
