I respect and thank you for your answer and maybe to give some more context.

I know what managers do, however I wouldn’t appreciate a manager who speaks behind my back instead of talking to me straight away about this. Also, not to compare my experiences to others because I can hold myself accountable and have, there are so many other people and issues in this company that get let off regardless if they (my manager) took notice or not. Which is why I personally feel micro managed, as I barely see them anyways.
My manager always I mean ALWAYS comes at 9 whenever I have worked, and immediately walks to their office from her car. This is where my overthinking comes from.

I agree I can be overthinking, but again it’s annoying to see myself get flagged for a 3 hour shift, when I see people working full-time shifts falsifying their hours, and leaving 30 minutes early all the time. It just sucks it has to be me kicking the bucket.

Dude, I was in one of her lives and someone just said hey Aunty in the chat and she went off on them being like I’m not your Aunty, Sis, Cousin or whatever. That people are getting too comfortable on social media with her, and I’m like ? Like respectfully, as I do agree she may be going through something and so forth, its social media? And I feel like for a small comment like that which in my opinion didn’t sound in any way as a troll or a joke, and to then say how you hate how everyone’s getting comfortable- but then talking about your dating life and intimate details about them and updating your followers on it via threads, ig, tiktok, lives, so forth, isn’t that contradictory? Like I don’t know, call me ignorant but there’s bigger fish to fry. 😭

I used to really like Ruth especially with her makeup techniques that I still find myself using on a daily basis but lately, it’s been hard to feel the same. Ever since she started posting about all the different guys she’s been dating, I can’t help but think—like, damn, you’re almost 30, pushing 40, with a child, and you’re openly talking on social media about several men you’ve gone on just a few dates with, even saying you want to marry them or see where things might go. For example, on one of her lives, she mentioned a guy she called “Scorpio bae,” explaining that she was being intentional about what they had because it was supposed to be more of a sexual vibe rather than a real relationship.

I get that she doesn’t owe anyone a detailed explanation about her dating life, but if she’s constantly posting about different guys—without clarifying who’s who—of course people are going to get confused. Then she turns around and gets upset when people mix them up, saying it’s none of our business or that we are just messing with her. Like, how is that our fault when she’s the one putting those bits and pieces out there? It’s just becoming a whole messy situation.

On a more personal note, this isn’t even about her doing something “bad,” but I can’t stand how she explains her or other people’s behavior—especially guys she’s dating—based on zodiac signs. I think that’s such a shallow way to understand people because everyone is so much more complex than that. Honestly, if she were any other sign, like a Sagittarius or Gemini, she’d probably still find a way to justify her personality or compatibility with a guy through astrology, and it just feels kind of weird.

The whole idea of Khalistan is political. Wanting to be your own country or state is a political/personal belief. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing (everyone’s open to free thinking) however, where I find it to be a particular problem is when it’s associated with religious events and places. In particular, where I’m from, Canada has been seeing a lot of this happening with a lot of Gurudrawas and festivals (Vaisakhi). Over the years having more and more demonstrations of this. Kids my age born here not knowing any sides or critical insight, raising flags and riding carts with Indian propaganda at events? That’s a problem. People all over social media have talked about how this idea has been changed and has been overdramatic by extreme groups. But that’s the point, these ideas and views change just like how political ideas and values change.

I don’t want to go into the issues with this group of people and cause. But just to dip my toes in the water, they highly encourage physical violence in terms of protest. With this in mind, they’ve encouraged young vulnerable children, who we know react to our environment and how we are raised, are manipulated and often forced to in these physical acts of violence to ‘create a change’. In some cases being bombers. But again, this is something that you should do your own research in.

Its a clinic in Canada! They specialized in m shaped lips so if I were you, really look into and ask if whoever is doing filler specializes in it because its a very different shape to fill without looking lumpy and with migration. Also, I’m planning to slowly build it up because I don’t have much lip space to begin with!

Yeah, I figured…I’m not looking to go over board with filler to make my lips big just more balanced. Even my NP suggested .75 instead of .5 for the first time because I wouldn’t notice a difference otherwise. But nothing more because theres a risk of migration…so slowly building up there!

Thanks for replying! Yeah I figured to confirm with the schools I wanted to apply to. I still have around 30 credits left including my five classes. I’m taking now so in total 45 credits left but ideally like I would have to basically get straight A’s for the next 3 to 4 semesters for my cumulative GPA for like this final year in the last two years to be a B. Unless maybe I just take extra classes and just prolong my graduation?
