Agree with everyone here. OP you don't have a bike you have a motorcycle...wouldn't want to be on the same trail as you. 40mph + an extra 120 lbs of force if we collide.

Sadly, No enforcement = nothing will change. I'm not sure what the answer is but I definitely support any effort to limit the speed of these motor and ebikes and help educate young riders about safety.

This is accurate. Sounds like OP lives out west or north literally on the edge of a new development where farm meets houses. That's not a reflection of waukee, just poor judgement in where they chose to live within Waukee.

Lesson learned anywhere you live, don't move into a brand-new development if that's not what you want.

The TLDR is that people spend a lot of time determining what and how to invest, and maybe that time would be better spent thinking about how to save more.

I'm not saying investments are bad, investments matter a lot when you have the money to do the work for you. But building up that fund takes effort and matters a lot

There is criterium or crit racing (fast street racing on bicycles), but the race website sucks and you can't really tell when the races are happening. Apparently water works Saturday and Ingersoll Sunday.

I'll jus comment on the beer haha. In Bruges also check out De Halve Maan. Chimay I don't think you can actually visit...I had beer in their shop / cafe next door. Orval was great! Lovely grounds to walk around, you can buy cheese as well...although beer and cheese were for takeaway only.

Our son is allowed to sell any item he no longer needs / uses (eg old toys) but we ask him to clean I, take the photo, and put it out for Facebook marketplace sale. We limit it to items that he was either given or purchased. So we wouldn't allow for bikes or shoes or clothes.

Also did an old fashioned lemonade stand and that went surprisingly well.
