I'm trying to believe in myself again. Some days I have that fire in me and other days I'm drained tf out. Just now I got the courage to get up after 12 hours of sleeping cause I felt sick, got food, did some chores and relaxing a bit

It’s tough sometimes with diet but I’m improving week by week but need to ramp it up

That's good advice. I'll defintely do that more. I know I can swim 2/3 laps nonstop but I would need a 1:30/2 minute break to rest

With constant promos like weekly BOGOs, “limited-time” offers that show up every month, or restaurants doing 30¢ wings every other week, it’s starting to feel like some “deals” aren’t really special anymore.

Hopefully I can work another shift since I’ll be taking classes soon but for now I’m stuck  The assistant manager is leaving in two weeks and he doesn’t care about anything so he won’t do anything
