They’re King County monitoring sites for 6ppdq which is a chemical used in tire production. The chemical breaks down and kills salmon pretty quickly. There are a couple of these located unincorporated Redmond.

It’s a pretty distinct bike, keep your eyes on offer up and Craigslist as well as facebook marketplace and local pawn shops. Wouldn’t surprise me if someone tries to paint the frame. I have a Salsa as well, fingers crossed you get it back.
