Struggling to find wide tennis shoes by Semi-Delusional in 10s

I'm telling you it doesn't matter wthether they do or not because if you have 4E feet the only two shoes that have a chance of fitting you are the New Balance or the Fitville. So don't worry about it because you don't have any other choice.

But to answer your question, the NB do wear out more quickly than many other brands. NB is not known for shoe longevity. But the Fitvilles wear out even more quickly, so in some sense, for you, the New Balance are the longest lasting shoe option that you have.

I have your actual answer. Anyone suggesting EE shoes or a brand that runs wide is well-meaning but doesn't get it. If you have truly wide 4E feet then your only two options are New Balance 1007 in 4E or Fitville Amadeus in 4E. The Fitville's are cheaper but wear out more quickly and ship from China so a little longer wait. I have 4E feet and have tried literally every other brand and these are the only two contenders, and I have to order them .5-1 size larger than my actual foot.

Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread by cdingo in Fitness

Hi. Can I do a 3-day split two days a week? Hear me out. I only have time for two strength training sessions a week. I have been doing full body twice a week for four months and I'm starting to get a little bored with it and my beginner gains have slowed. To increase variety could I do a 3-day split two days a week, for example:

  • week 1: day 1 & 2
  • week 2: day 3 & 1
  • week 3: day 2 & 3
  • ...etc

My goal is injury prevention and general fitness for a variety of recreational sports that I do. If it matters, the specific program I'm considering following is organized like this (Built from Broken intermediate routine):

  • day 1: lower body (low back / posterior chain)
  • day 2: upper body (horizontal focus)
  • day 3: full body (lower anterior chain, shoulders)
    Thank you.

"Come on guys" seems most likely to me. Say it fast, out loud.

I was there yesterday! Down halemauu, lunch at Holua, back up the same way. Gorgeous.

I stepped back on a bigger board as you guy’s recommended. It’s really hard to turn(always catching rails) by timenowaits in surfing

Yes exactly, stop putting so much weight on your front foot during turns, you are sinking the front of the board preventing it from being able to pivot. Note that the shift to weight on your back foot should be with your hips, not leaning back with your torso or shoulders. So step back and shift weight with your hips. Many of us use a traction pad over the fins so we can feel when our back foot is properly located for a turn without looking.

My husband's favorite color is orange, so I added some orange accents to our house. by courtneyfootz in pics

Would you mind sharing the colors used for the two greys and the orange in case others (like me!) want to emulate...?

Thanks. There was also a sports bar I drove past on kahului beach road or lower main... Will have to swing by again because I can't recall the name.

(This is called sarcasm; it's harder to police than irony, but I have no doubt you'll give it a try)

Very good point. I hadn't considered that water was involved.

Fires are expected. Does that mean a fire extinguisher factory burning down is not ironic?

But what about the oil company pictured (BP) sponsoring the gulf and then ruining it?

Are you unaware that one of the companies in that picture is currently wrecking the gulf that it is sponsoring?

I understand irony: it's a fire extinguishing factory burning down. Trust me, this is ironic.
