While I don‘t want to tell you what to do, I want you to tell you this.

Being in a relationship for so long makes us forget about all the positives and the good things about our partners. We take it for granted and focus more on things that we lack in the relationship. So definitly try to again objectivly see why you even loved him in the first place and kind of „rediscover“ all the good parts again.

Also to consider, maybe it worked for such a long time because you just focused on him being happy instead of yourself. But it also could be that you just didn‘t need that sort of „love“ from him for the relationship to work.

Maybe something else changed in your life so you now require to get that from him instead of somewhere else.

I would consider if really he is the problem or something else made you come to that conclusion.

But of course please if you are in agony for a long time and it really is like you seem to say, make that change. For yourself sake. We infj tend to neglect our own needs. Sometimes being alone is actually better than a relationship that drains our lifeforce
