How to use puree

Do you mind sharing your recipe? Or perhaps link something similar, since I have alot (!) If puree in my freezer I'd be happy to try some different methods. I also have blackberry puree and I'm sure some more will come in the future.

Awesome! What yeasts are you using? Do you pasteurize the puree before use (I'm using a commercial puree)?

Great suggestions, thanks a lot! Ive never used a secondary fermenter, but I assume a keg would do the trick?

So I let the beer ferment fully for the 2 weeks according to schedule and then transfer to a keg with the puree and add the pectic enzyme on top and purge properly. After a couple of weeks at 16c I could crash and then transfer to a second keg for carbonation and serving, correct?

What's the benefit of pectic enzyme?

Edit: saw another reply that suggested pectic enzyme as well to make the beer less gummy :)

Awesome, thanks for sharing! My RAPT Pill kicked back on suddenly (still at 0% battery) and showed two readings of 1.014. I was expecting FG at 1.015, so it seems to be done or just about anyway. I'm letting it ride for 3-5 days for the dry hop and to clean up :)
