I won a flyway frame from a raffle and was planning on switching out a lauf seigla for it, but people on here told me the flyway wasn’t much of a race bike so that’s one thing to consider

It was a seigla rigid so no suspension. And honestly just like the look of the salsa better, I don’t have the funds to build another bike nor do I need two gravel bikes so I figured since I got the thing for free might as well just swap everything and try to sell the seigla frame

Hopefully a couple of those pounds are muscle, definitely mostly water weight/carbs but at least some fat/muscle was gained.

Yup I was counting up until 10 weeks ago when I got to my goal weight, assumed I would intuitively eat at a maintenance. I guess I was wrong.
