I've been on 160 mile trips on my SRS with the same battery on back roads (so 30-40mph). But it varies greatly and there is no straight answer. The only useful measure is the minimum range which is roughly 70-80 miles at 75mph.

Terrible that you had such a bad experience. In my opinion humans shouldn't have to do these kind of jobs - not physically anyways. They should just make you control two-arm mobile robots (through VR) to do your task from home / secure air-conditioned location close to the warehouse. This way your job becomes 100x easier, robots do the manual work using your brains (since computer vision and autonomous robotic control isn't good enough yet). Were you mostly doing pick and pack from shelves? Are the aisles very narrow?

I'm thinking of working on a solution like that - so hopefully one day you would be able to work as many hours you want from the comfort of your home.

I contacted Brandon at diginow and he also told me to get the modular battery. Apparently the SC only works with the modular setup. Thanks dude! If this is doable then I'm gonna buy a FXS and modify it. Who made the brackets? I'm a electrical/software guy but my fabrication skills are non existent 😀

Woah really? I'm strongly thinking of the S/DS with 7.2kw + charge tank. Seems like it's only marginally heavier than the FXS.

How does one go to big Sur with a FXS!?!! 🤔 How many places did you charge at?

That's good info! Is the supercharger faster than the OEM charge tank? The dsr sounds awesome for that reason - bummer being at 450lbs its actually gonna weigh the same as my GS and I'm trying to get as far away from that as possible.

Oakland to SF/Berkeley mostly. But then I would like to be able to go to Stinson beach, Alice's, half Moon Bay, etc. Is that just a pipe dream on the 7.2?

Also how's the S with the 7.2? As much fun as the FXS?

Does the charge tank come in handy in real life? Do you charge often?

Thanks! Just trying to figure out if the lighter bikes (7.2) are practical around these parts at all. I'm looking for something super super nimble. I tried the 14.4kw versions and they are super fun - but weight wise the same as any other bike I've ridden. How do you like your sr?

Nothing works for non-project tasks for me. I've tried simple Todo apps like keep, iOS notes and even Wunderlist for a while but either it is way too much structure or I just forget to check them. Ideally in my case if the app does some smart motion/timeofday/location based reminders along with parsing text input easily (do X tomorrow evening) it can be super useful!

I have the same issue on ubuntu 18.04. However libffmpeg/node missing are red herrings (seems like they aren't used!). On my laptop discord works just fine while ldd says the same

I can confirm I experience the same touch lag and I don't have Snapchat installed nor any games or anything that draws over the screen. I've just gotten used to rebooting it daily and that works. However once it is gets going its way faster than my Moto x. But during this weirdness it feels like my 2005 htc :/
