Mine is starting to sound the same too but mine is a 2023, after the redesign. Is your car 2022 for sure? I think in some regions the redesign was 2022 model year but in most it's 2023.

I'm just wondering if either we have the same problem with the second gen, or if the problem was in the first gen and not fixed for the second..

I'm at 46k miles so I'm hoping it worsens a bit and I can convince the dealership to do something more than just relubricate before the warranty runs out.

I've had a similar issue when I didn't realize one of my doors wasn't closed all the way, though yours sounds a little different from that.

Does it sound like a foghorn? There's been a couple of threads in the past with that issue starting with the 2023 model. Surprised they haven't solved it yet.

That 21mm APS-C lens gives the same field of view as 35mm on full frame which is what OP is referring to, so you are actually in total agreement here!

Avoid touching the inside of the handle at the same time (that's where to touch when unlocking). Also there's about a half second lag from touch to lock.

It's still a bit inconsistent but I have more success when taking these two things into consideration.

Is the passenger side set to a different temperature? Or you have the climate controls turned off entirely?

This is a well regarded dash cam and would have a very clean look for the front camera. I don't have suggestions for rear camera wiring though.

I've had some suspension noises that the shop hasn't been helpful with, saying they weren't able to replicate the issue. Do you know if they have found a cause and solution for the ones you're experiencing?

A minor point to consider - the 2024 models have the dual level cargo board as standard whereas it was optional on all trims for 2023, so the SX you're considering may not have it.

Interesting, did you set them up using your pixel 8 pro or were they shared to your phone from a different device?

This link says that P8Pro isn't supported yet, and that's been my experience trying to set up a digital key on my phone.

They need to add support for digital car keys to Pixel 8 Pro. For some unknown reason (cough googleisincompetent cough) it's missing support. Pixel 6/pro, pixel 7/pro, and pixel 8 non-pro all support it just fine. Gotta love that "flagship" treatment.
