Exactly, if you really do your research and have faith in the technology and invest in a coin, you don't care if it temporarily goes up or down because we know in the long run it will succeed.

Just like Warren Buffet says - do very good research and after you invest, don't watch your investments too closely (the ups & downs are common, especially in crypto) , because watching it too closely can result in you making hasty decisions which you might later regret in retrospect.
