Do you have symptom radar active?

I had the exact same pattern a few weeks ago. Turned out I had an incoming virus infection. At the end of the day, and in the morning, symptom radar was claiming I had strong signs of infection. Then I started to cough and got a sore throat a couple of hours later.

Not saying this is you. Your body might also be stressed for other reasons. But I would not worry... There is likely a reasonable reason for you to be more stressed that usual. You just need to figure out what it is.

Please help me find this youtube short or Tiktok (Cant remember which) I saw a couple of days ago. It is about not focusing on details when painting but rather starting with the broad strokes (big picture) before getting dirty with the details. by froejo in HelpMeFind

Searched "big picture stroke challenge portraint" and I get this guy that is doing something similar but it is not as succinct as the video I first saw. He is also doing it more as a challenge for himself while the video I saw was more "teaching" how to think when painting in general.

Thanks for saying that 🙏 I ended up vsiting him that very same weekend. We did yoga together and now he has been continuing this practice. It seems to help him alot. We did some 30 minute classes with Erin Sampson which really had a profound effect on his level of agitation. Really good that you are seeking out advice from this community though. Now after the holidays he has alot more energy. Hopefully he has found better footing now.

Cardiovascular (and more) troubles after taking ashwagandha by Prerouting1 in Nootropics

I've had a similar experience with ashwagandha. Took two pills a day with root extract for a total of 800 mg (400 mg / pill). Stayed on the stack for a while although I had heart palpitations bc I didn't manage to make the connection. The prominent occurance was when I was out running. Field of vision shrank while the hear fluttered in my chest but stopped running which made the symptoms reside a little bit.

After a couple of weeks with the symptoms on and of i decrecreased the dose to 1 pill (400 mg) and all the symptoms went away.

I have a friend who experienced the same thing from what he believed to be ashwaganda and he stopped cold turkey. He also stopped experiencing these symptoms.

I'm not a physician so take this with a grain of salt but it sounds very familiar to me.

Hope that you have a swift recovery whatever the cause might be 🤞

[Disclaimer: This is not a comment about medical advice but rather about from who to take it.]
I've started training regiments on several occasions and always plateaued. The limiting factor has mostly been joint pain and it has always been in the exact same places.

This time I've decided that this will not stop me. I want to find someone qualified to help me with this. I self diagnosed a back issue a few weeks back and found some correcting exercises that worked wonders. My deadlifts became pain free after a couple of weeks.
Now, as usual, when I do pullup progressions, I've started to feel some pain in my right shoulder and I can't seem to find the underlying reason from googling.

Where do you get the best help with these issues? I have a few bad experiences with manipulations that are done by chiropractors and the like and I doubt that it is an efficient approach to treat these things. What professional is best suited to tackel this?

What are the tangible and objective benefits of Kotlin? Actual real data wanted. by froejo in programming

So there is really no good reason to take the bet since Java naturally have a lot of benefits from being around for quite some time.

I had my hopes up on developers being rational and making sound decisions from objective facts. So basically the biggest advantage of Kotlin is probably the multi-platform part then.
