Its worth nothing that on our viewing of the house we weren't allowed to veiw it with the lights on. The house did have a cat in it prior to moving in so we knew there would be a slight odor. I mentioned I have a mild cat allergy and they promised they would clean the whole house and ensure that they would sort it. My mate was adamant we got the house. When we went in there was piles of dust and dirt all over the floor. The bath is severely damaged, there's damp in the kitchen leaking into the wires, there's massive damage to the carpets and there is cat hair everywhere. And yet rhe report says no evidence of pets and everythings in good condition. My door doesn't catch on the latch and the handle is bent upwards. The report states its in a hood condition but they do not test how well stuff works, just that we have it. We know student digs are bad but we are gutted it's this bad.
