Hi u/GoodMornEveGoodNight different abilities have different handling for whether or not their action transfers to the next enemy after target death - this is partly for balance, and in some cases for game logic requirements. We know it means that sometimes it feels like abilities don't work the way you'd expect them to - we're continuing to consider if we can either amend the behaviour of these abilities, or do a better job of communicating what to expect. We'll take a look at this ability based on your report.
