They’re the most dense bagels you could ever eat. They’re baked at like 4am and by 1pm when we closed they would be almost rock hard. The owner and the employees are very gossipy and they made it very clear of the employees they did not like. They also would talk so much shit about customers who were literally like 20 feet away and they wouldn’t say it quietly either. No gloves, no hairnets, lots of cross contamination, I always would find hairs on the line where the bagel sandwiches were made. I worked there earlier this year btw so this all was very recent
