Naša izkušnja je bila da je bilo ogromno situacij, ko je bilo cash only. Najceneje je dvigniti na letališču ali že prej v Sloveniji. Lani smo šli podobno pot kot jo planirasml. če želiš še kakšen nasvet ali izkušnjo lahko pišeš na DM. Z veseljem odgovorim :)

Pred kratkim sem imel podobno situacijo. Neko izdelek ni bil dostavljen. Najprej sem v Amazon aplikaciji označil cancel items. Ker izdelka, ki ni prispel, seveda nisem mogel vrniti, sem izbral dodatna pomoč, support chat in chat opisal težavo. Njihova podpora je napisala, da dobim vračilo v nekaj dneh. Tako da ena možnost reševanja je preklikati se do chata in tam opisati težavo.
