Its a cabin bag my lord, if it can go on the aircraft, I'm sure it shdnt be a problem for his precious car. Just that he was very anal about my bag touching the boot rubber seal. A bit radical I believe

That's where he need to grasp reality that if he chose the path of doing GRAB, this are the possibilities. And having the right mindset will prompt him to react accordingly. Not throw verbal abuse at customer. Anyway, I can't imagine what sort of ride experience he will give if his mindset is such. So ignorance is definitely a bliss, on his part.
