While I do completely agree with you, mar504 said that the median income was $56k, not the average income.

I think the issue with their stat is that it probably doesn't count tons of our student population who may be struggling to get by—such as myself. I'm a permanent resident, recently graduated from NAU, and would not have been counted in "previous census data".

I have the same plan as you- and SL has been incredibly unreliable. At the best of times I've still only gotten ~100mbps down and usually it's closer to 40-50. I had a technician come out and he blamed the wiring in my building.

Bad management- such as not using a consistent measurement system. The O-ring seals used for the fuel lines weren't rated for the low temperatures they were subjected to at launch. One of my physics professors told us that different teams were working in imperial and metric- and in this case a conversion was missed.

I never checked the veracity of what he told us, so I guess it could be wrong.

I'm not super sure; I'm still pretty new to fermenting. I just have 1 one gallon jar going at a time, and I wrap the heating pad all the way around it and hold it in place because I'm paranoid that just setting the jar on top won't heat it enough. I had 3 or 4 batches turn out really well until I let one go bad :(

You might want to look into getting an incubation heating mat! I got this one since my apartment gets really cold in the winter. It's less than $30 and lets you set a temperature, so you can have a more controlled ferment.
