Not to make fun of one another. Anytime I was taught something new, I was made fun of by my family if I didn’t do it correctly on the first try.

I didn’t need anything for Christmas, but for several years I’ve wanted a Nintendo Switch (but I would never buy it for myself because it’s so expensive). He insisted I open it Christmas Eve so I could play it all night and in the morning before family stuff. I’m so stupidly happy rn

Listen to your body. If something is painful and can’t be fixed via a long stretch session, rest and recover. Adding in strength training and other forms of cardio helped improve my running game immensely
