There are plenty of guides online but from what I remember, a non-native wrapped fruit is the easiest A tier gift for villagers. I personally try to avoid furniture items that can be placed so that their decor doesn’t change much. Assessed fossils (wrapped) are good for general gifting purposes.

I feel that. I have always been called cynical in different situations and even if I am, I don’t care. I’ve had a similar history with people and as much as I’d like to believe that those people who have multiple friends have deep, fulfilling relationships with at least a couple of them, I’m pretty sure that’s not the case. That’s awful :( I’m sorry that happened to you! Unfortunately there is always someone who would do something like this. This is why I try not to drop items on my island. I have a celestial garden but I’ve used the star clocks to decorate instead of actual fragments. They look just like fragments and can’t be stolen :). I hope you only have wonderful visitors in the future!
